The Seller/Company reserves the absolute right to cancel the allotment and forfeit the token, booking, or advance amount in the event of any default in payment as per the agreed payment schedule or breach of any terms and conditions by the buyer.

In case of cancellation initiated by the buyer within 60 (sixty) days from the date of booking, the booking amount shall be refunded in full, without any interest, within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of a written cancellation request.

For cancellations made between 61 (sixty-one) and 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the date of booking or receipt of advance, 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount paid shall be deducted, and the balance, if any, shall be refunded without interest.

No refund shall be claimed or entertained after 180 (One hundred Eighty) day’s months from the date of booking, and the entire amount paid shall stand forfeited.
